INFORMATION

CDR DUPLICATING
CDR Discs are not the same as those mass produced in CD factories (as with our package prices). We check discs on a variety on CD players and drives to verify playback, but certain CD players (usually older portable players) may have difficulty recognising CDR Discs. The discs should not be exposed to prolonged sunlight or extreme temperatures or they may deteriorate. CDR Discs can take a fraction longer to be recognised in some CD players/drives.
Despite the above, CDR is a very stable and reliable medium and there are constant improvements. There are some useful internet sites with the latest technical information regarding CDR including www.cd-info.com

MASTERS
We can work from original masters but would advise if you are ordering by mail that a copy is sent to us for duplicating purposes or that you keep a safety copy. Our liability for master or production tapes or other media sent to us is limited to the cost of materials; we do not accept any consequential liability. We are pleased to provide CD digital copies on request. We also have digital editing facilities if required.

COPYRIGHT
If your master contains music or any material to which you do not own the full copyright a licence may be required from M.C.P.S. (Mechanical Copyright Protection Society) Tel: 020 8769 4400. They will be pleased to advise regarding royalties which may be payable and to issue appropriate licences. We subscribe to the MCPS code of conduct and are approved manufacturers. We will not accept any copyright material you do not own unless licencing is arranged as above.

PRINTING
We offer on-body black thermal printing on your CDRs.
